World First Hybrid PIO with RF/IR
Serial PIO (E84 Sensor) is a communication device used to exchange 8-bit input/output signals in a non-contact manner in accordance with the Semiconductor SEMI-E84/E23 Protocol Code. It is a composite communication device that integrates 2GHz/5GHz RF and IR (infrared, optical) communication media.
Serial PIO (E84 Sensor) is the same specification as Hybrid-PIO. RS-232C communication provides I/O control and Master/Slave selection.

The PIO LOG VIEWER program is a communication log stored in the PIO that allows you to easily graph the communication/work status between the VHL and the EQ in the field. RF communication errors and work conditions due to electromagnetic noise can also be easily analyzed.

Manual/AutoEmulator is a product used to manually or automatically test load/unload operations over Semi-E84/E23 communications.
It is used for functional verification and shipping inspection at the development stage.
